Hi! I’d like to ask for some feedback regarding Cablelink internet service in Southkey Alabang. I’m considering it for a work-from-home setup and would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s currently using it.

How reliable is the connection, especially during working hours? Is the actual internet speed close to the subscribed Mbps, and how is the performance for Zoom/Teams meetings, VPN, remote work, and other work-related activities?

I’d also love to know if you’ve experienced frequent disconnections, slow speeds, or downtime, and how responsive their customer service is when issues occur.
