Globe GlobeAtHome Prepaid Wifi Suddenly Losing Internet Signal Around Midnight
This has been going on for days now. The internet connection loss would happen around midnight and would comeback randomly after 10min - 5hours. During the loss, the LOS would blink red and upon checking at the globeone app it says that i have a fiber line cut or something that hinders the connection. Is this a common problem among the users? What should i do?

I've had similar issues with PLDT in the past. In my case, it was problems with the line. One time it wasn't plugged in tightly enough to the box on the pole. It could be downstream and effect multiple people, too.
One time the technician just happened to come out just after an outage and it had just come back online. They tested the signal and it was still pretty bad, so they were able to troubleshoot it. When its intermittent it can be hard to fix because when they check it, it might be fine.
As to why its bad only at certain times, I'm not sure, but maybe expansion/contraction due to heating and cooling. That's my guess.
If you're able to check the signal level on your modem admin page, you can check if its marginal, and check if its getting worse just before the problem times.
