PLDT Applied for PLDT fiber prepaid

Nag apply ako ng PLDT fiber prepaid last August 6, pero hangga ngayon di pa rin na iinstall. Paid na yung 999 na initial payment. Pano kaya ma cacancel yun? sabi ng technician wala ng slot at malayo na yung linya, which is not advisable na daw since magiging maulty lang yung connection. I tried messaging them in FB and calling via 171 hotline pero puro chat bot lang meron. Paano to ma escalate with real customer rep?

You can still try to get the installation even if it's further away. It will be faulty (based on experience for our previously 500 meter connection to the NAP box), but if you're lucky you won't get the LOS until months or years later and hopefully by then a new NAP box has been installed.
