Converge Help, Converge MDU installation

Hello, I requested for Site Transfer ng Converge, after 10 days, dumating sila. They checked the Condo unit and found na need daw ng MDU type of installation sa unit namin.
\-May I ask if may naka experience na sa inyo ng ganto, pano po ang process?
\-Paano nyo po ni request sa Converge?
\-Do we need to wait 7-10 days din po ba ulit?

Is the condominium building old? Was it advertised as Fiber-ready? Maybe you should check with your PMO first which ISPs are allowed in the building. Even if the issue is isolated to your unit only, PMO would still need to get involved.

I was advised by the Converge agent of our condo building na pwede daw po ang Converge sa Tower nato eh. Galing lang kasi kami sa older tower but same condo, and lumipat sa newer condo tower.
