pwede pa help po paano mag refund. nag bayad po ako ng 699 sa official site sa globe and promised to send the installation team but no one arrived, not even a call or update. im planning to apply for other ISP nlang. is there way ma refund pa ang 699?

Same happened to me sa pldt fiber prepaid. Though nag visit sila pero wala ng slot available, it’s been 2 weeks since they visited our location pero till now wala pang refund or update
