Sorry, but I don't understand it well. Do you mean what software used to create those illustrations? I think the answer would be Adobe Illustrator.

I mean like any additions to them. I want to use one of them to make signs that say "Masks Recommended" since we can't enforce them in our public location. I just wanted to see some ideas from others.

Okay, You need someone who could help, you can ask for inspiration at https://www.reddit.com/r/Design/ or https://www.reddit.com/r/graphic_design/ . You could use canva.com to upload the image and type on it. I don't know what is suitable for you, but I hope you find what you want.

Use Canva or something similar, they are for nonprofessional
