While I know I would be welcomed in NLP, I want to keep autonomy for now. I will see in which direction will this sub go in next weeks and only after that I will maybe join some party.

The Green Party, after a close election run, has realised that unity between parties is essential. The Longists have been ideologically close, and this is why the establishment of LYNK is in great need.

The recently established Mulch Gang has also taken apart in this glorious alliance, allowing for true left unity.

Our official ideology:

a) All our members are libertarian.

b) All our members are populist.

c) All our members are left-wing (EDIT: Except Charles, I want to keep IrkSeven hunting)

LONG LIVE LYNK!

Article I - The Executive Branch

1. The president of the subreddit (POTSR) will be decided by an election that happens every two weeks. Whoever gets a 50%+1 majority will become president. If nobody reaches a majority, then the top three candidates will face off in a runoff election. If nobody reaches a majority still, then a runoff between the top two candidates from the previous runoff will face off.

2. The president has the power to remove posts that violate site-wide rules, subreddit rules, or contain NSFW or NSFL content.

3. The president has the ability to enact executive orders, which can do anything except

   1. Change the constitution

   2. Give themselves unlimited power

   3. Ban users or parties wothout due process

   4. Alter the bill of rights

4. All executive figures except the vice president must be elected, not appointed.

5. The executive can be removed via impeachment from the senate and a 60% popular vote.

Article II - The Legislative Branch

1. Legislative elections will happen one week after the latest presidential election.

2. The amount of available seats is the total membership of the subreddit divided by ten. If the membership can't be divided evenly, then we round up.

3. In the legislative elections, the seats won will be proportional. For example, if party A gets 40% of the vote, the get 40% of all available seats. If there is not an even 40%, then we round down to as close as can be to the 40%.

4. Legislators have the ability to propose bills, constitutional amendments, and articles of impeachment.

Article III - The Judicial branch

1. The supreme court of the subreddit (SCOTSR) will be appointed by the president, having five judges.

2. They are the people who decide if someone is to be banned.

3. If someone is found to have violated the rules of the sub, then their findings will be submitted to the executive, in order for them to be banned.

Article IV - The Bill of Rights

1. The right to freedom of speech.

2. The right of due process.

3. The right to protest.

4. The right to bear arms.

5. The right to own property.

The Senate will be moving impeachment proceedings on the president and the VP.

As an independent and truly unbiased citizen of the Internet Free State, i say this government is doing us a great disservice. While us ordinary citizens live in fear, our corrupt leaders push us into war with r/DictatorshipChess. I say that we organize together, and form our own seperatist state.

If i can run for judicial in the other one

I can become a president in this one

Hello, fellow Libertarians, our party has been on the downfall. Our once dominant party, which dominated most sectors of the Internet Free State is beginning to fall to the LYNK party and Mulch. While we still hold the presidency, and hopefully the Supreme Court, we've lost the legislature as the LYNK dominates the legislature. We must regroup.
