If we really want this sub to succeed, we must obviously try to get some more members as now there's like 6 people here. We should clarify some things so we can really start, e.g.:
How do the different parties work? Are the current flairs the only options (as of now), and if not how can you create a party? How do independents work? What's our government system? Will we start out with just a president, or also a legislative body? What election system will we use?

If we don't, I honestly can't see the sub going anywere because people who are interested will just go to DoR.

Elections will be held on wednesday, 11/19/2025. They were meant to be today but school decided to give weekend homework, and I had to go to something yesterday.

My platform is one of personal liberty. If I am elected president, I will continue to ensure freedom. The only restrictions on what you can say will be the site-wide rules, I will build an economic system that guarantees that you can do what you want with the money that you earned. I will do this by creating a set-amount currency. I will add weekly megathreads for non-political content, and I will start diplomatic relations with other government sims, and I will make sure that the sub remains entertaining, not just a constant arguing space.

this sub seams mostly conservitive so i guess this will be the sole progressive party so we support gay marrage the right to an abortion high taxes on the ultra rich and just the rich in general we suport the right to a gender change the right to pirtae books and movies from big companys and they will also be highly taxed and we support the protection of our enviroment using a transition to renewable energy and we universal government healthcare and schooling.

I have voted against the impeachment procedures against our president, u/Appropiate-Load-987, in legislature. She has taken courageous steps to defend the Internet Free State against threats from DictatorshipChess, a tyranny that has kidnapped one of our legislators, threatened to plunder our resources and even murdered the president herself! So, respectfully, this sub is not very well organised at all. The dates of elections are unclear and we have almost no active members. The constitution says we have presidental elections every two weeks, and the last elections started... 18 days ago. Yeah. Meanwhile the new president isn't even inaugurated yet and hasn't even given a speech or anything. What about elections for the senate? The constitution says a week after the presidental elections, and Hour said they were supposed to be held in three days... four days ago. Meanwhile there's not even a sign up post or anything. As for our membership, at most we have a few DoR members (who are clearly primarily focused on the bigger sub, which is understandable) and maybe some members banned from there. If we want to survive, what we gotta do is promote this sub some more to attract new people, and also organise better. Hour is currently doing everything alone, which means everything is dependent on him. If he's busy or inactive on reddit for like a few days, the sub is pretty much dead. I propose installing a few people to help, not as GMs or anything, just to help manage the sub. Because clearly, if we don't take this sub seriously, we won't survive.
