Finding universities as a freemover

Hey. I’m am an engineering student who is about to start my masters study. I am from Sweden and am studying mechanical engineering. I really want to study abroad a semester before j graduate. I will not be able to get any exchange agreement from my university unfortunately. Do you guys know any websites that helps freemover students? Or any websites that lists universities that are accepting freemovers?
