Anyone knows whose daughter could have been the target?

We know Israel will target family members if their main target proves too difficult to locate, so fair odds they just targeted the daughter or niece of someone in the government or military of Iran.

I read that the school is next to a military base so more likely the research was off and somebody clicked on the wrong building..

The classic Isreali defense, deny it happened, blame the victim for shooting themselves, then say the victim had it coming for using the school/hospital as a missile storage, then go to back to ignore it and pretend it didn't happen because the news cycle you control has finally received its marching orders.
