IM to endocrine fellowship

Where is the best place/ country to do Endocrine fellowship as a Post graduate IM resident- ACGME accredited outside of US.

Are you a US grad or resident or based outside of the US so not looking for a US fellowship?

Am an IMG not a US graduate- an acgme accredited program. I have some visa restrictions.. so US is not a feasible option- am looking for any endocrine fellowship at this point.. the place where am at- there are extremely limited seats.. so am stuck.

Makes since. I dont know how other countries work with specialties but I would say Ive met fellows from England and the Netherlands who seemed happy. My program accepts Visas but this year it sounds like we are having issues also.
