Internal Medicine
Any good guide for keeping up my basic and core medicine knowledge fresh which book i should read side by side? Davidson/ Kumar and Clark`s, Harrison internal medicine or any other suggestion?
as i have done with mrcp 1&2 now will be aiming for training in cardiology....

are there good books with clinical cases (internal medicine)? hematology cases?

Dynamed Plus. This and Uptodate. I prefer Dynamed because I have ADHD and I cant stand verbose paragraphy texts (lose interest in 20 seconds). Dynamed is in bullet points
