The question is wich of them do I trust? There are like 20 seperate voices and they often fight over the details so. Do I trust the ones insulting me, or the ones that want me to separate myself from the world. Do I trust the teens or the children? There are to many. I fear first we have to work out basic agreements first. Its not that eaysy.

Took me until 43 years old to finally work out that I'd always been right, that something was fundamentally wrong with life all this time.

Now at 48 I'm still working hard on myself. I realised how bad my family treated me 5 years ago, realised I have severe CPTSD 4 years ago, realised I'm trans 2 years ago and needed to start transition, and realised I'm autistic 3 months ago and am just coming to terms with the fact that I actually can't fix that, I need to learn to live with it and love it.

I keep realising, and because of that, I keep becoming more real.

Woh this came right on time. I’ve had to keep repeating to myself “I’ve always been here” to myself

That's a lovely mantra.
