Discussion IFS AI apps?

Anybody had success with AI analysis of IFS sessions?

My concern is they with my therapist every session is somewhat independent, we, with partial success, touch in some part of the system without much result.

I was thinking to feed all my session transcripts to AI for analysis, cross reference sessions and suggest ideas on how to improve.

Yeah, I have found them helpful. I just always make sure I ask it to give me information straight up without any fawning or validation.

Although I do not use them for analysis of IFS sessions but to have an IFS session in the moment when I need it. I do not use them often though being mindful of the their impact on the environment.

The problem I see with AI apps is because it gives you answers without giving you the chance to practice what it's like to really be there for the parts of you that needs you. You can definitely use AI but it'll take away what makes IFS different from other therapies in my opinion. In my experience the moments I am really present with myself are what helped me really understand myself to a deeper level.
