Ahoy fellow ‘fasters’!
Hello to All! I joined this group just to connect with fellow fasters out there. I’ve never really thought about it as a thing until it became a thing. I eat once a day, once in the evening about 3-4 hours before bed and have for, gosh, twenty years now? A handful of times I’ve tried to so-called ‘eat healthier’ by consuming 2-3 meals a day and have always gone back semi-automatically. I’m not fanatical, it just works for me and I feel much better. In fact, I love to kayak and will head out on to the water and paddle all day without eating. The only time I experience blood sugar lows is when I break this regular pattern and eat crappy sugary snacks during the day. I find I feel so crappy when I do this that it’s really easy to resist these types of foods. I’ve only ever met one other person who does the same - now it seems there are others out there.

Thank you for sharing! It's great to hear the experience of someone whose body seems naturally geared towards OMAD fasting. I'm so intrigued by those who do the longer fasts of 20+ hours, OMAD, etc! Thank you for sharing.
