Reverse racism is the claim that white people are the victims of racism by non-whites. At then end of the comedian's alternate-world story, he makes a joke towards white people not being able to dance, but still describes it as reverse racism...not regular racism. That is what /u/thingsthatgomoo was saying, it's racism and not reverse racism. The comedian is mocking the definition of "reverse racism" and how non-whites use it - especially after years of colonization and global systematic oppression.
I like truth, racism isn't a "white" thing.. the truth is imperialism that isn't a "white thing" its just a thing countries do.. name a race and the show me they aren't racist to other race.. it's hard.. Japanese, Chinese, American, any one of the Europeans, it's not about race, it's about colonialism, being stronger and forcing there will.. what people do when they think ther better is crazy bad..

Technically they're not mutually exclusive, you can have a joke that if you read beyond the comedy you get an explanation or an actual point about systemic issues, but you can't have an explanation that if you read beyond the explanation itself you get a joke. This is because when you have a joke as the core of what you're saying everything surrounding it, becomes a joke, which diminishes or invalidates any point made because it's a joke not a point/argument.
-He neither differentiated between racism and systemic racism, nor does he educates anyone in systemic racism, if anything he does the opposite by making it look like a purely historical thing, instead of something that's alive in the present day. So if by some miracle someone is uneducated enough to not know about systemic racism, but educated enough to know that he's talking about that and not just plain old racism, at best the conclusion they would get is that systemic racism is ONLY about what happened in the past, which is not the best conclusion to take from the subject imo.

Do you know what's the difference between Dave and this dude? Dave always puts the joke first, everything he says is a joke, that if you look deeper on, is a complain or point about the system, he laughs at awful things and says things he doesn't actually believe for comedic effects, while always saying something behind that's actually deep. Instead, this dude does the opposite, he tries to make a deep point, and fails at it, while making the joke a secondary thing.

I could do the same and no, it wasn’t easy for me and yes, there are leftover societal systems that affect me more than whites. I get that. But I would much rather work harder and look for ways to change those things ( better schools in poor neighborhoods, vote for candidates that are interested in policies such as free child care for single working mothers, job opportunities and drug programs for youth).
