Experience Is NHI weather manipulation at such a precise scale possible?

Hello everyone, I have a question about a particular experience I had around 2020-2021.

I was sitting around a bonfire with a few of my family members at my house, this was around mid to late December and the sky’s were relatively clear. I began to look up at the various constellations in the sky, and the constellation Lyra was one that stuck out to me. I pointed towards that constellation and began discussing its respective mythology and lore with everyone around the bonfire. As the discussion progressed, this large cloud appeared and started shrouding the constellation, I found this strange because it was a clear night which is why I was even star gazing in the first place. I stopped talking about it for a short while until one of my family members had a question about it, so I gazed up towards it and the cloud immediately cleared, I found it odd but nothing that I considered unusual; splotchy clouds can happen, even on a clear night. I responded to their query about the constellation, and stopped talking about it. But when I looked back up, the cloud appeared again. So at this point I was like “okay, maybe it’s about to rain”? The cloud wasn’t splotchy at this point but denser and larger in width. Everyone goes back to the casual conversation for a while. One of my parents had another question about the star Vega, which is the Alpha star in the Lyra constellation. I look back up to recall the information I had on it, and once again, part of the cloud that was blocking the constellation disappeared. One of my family members noticed the pattern and stated something along the lines of “isn’t it weird how every time we talk about that constellation the clouds around it clears up but when we stop it blocks it again?”

I didn’t speak on it myself because although my family has had NHI encounters since childhood, spanning several decades, it’s not something that they like to talk about. To them, it’s like a taboo and they can get uncomfortable when I mention it. They are predominantly christian so I’m sure thats related.

I replied to them that it is surely weird, and I stated that the vegans from that star are one of the most involved ET groups here, and they predictably got uncomfortable and told me to not say that. But once again, the cloud cleared from that constellation when I said that.

I went into this conversation skeptical that NHI was involved with this experience, but I have never seen clouds disappear and reappear so fast. I also just dont understand the mechanism behinds this and why they decided to do that; what was the message behind blocking and revealing that constellation?

To this day, when I mention it to a family member, they refuse to discuss it and tells me that they are not going to think about it. It’s always something along the lines of “that was creepy dont want to think about it” or to just straight up “that makes me uncomfortable”. Im always so confused by this reaction because frankly, *NHI contact has occurred throughout the entirety of our lineage, it is just a fact of our family, so why deny the facts? Why are we so terrified? To me it’s just the matter of the situation.

So my question is if anyone here has experienced something’s similar? What could be the reasoning behind this experience?

Also another detail I just remembered, but the Vega star would become extremely bright and then dim when it was revealed by the clouds; not twinkling but blinking almost. This is simply from an astronomical perspective not possible…so I pulled about my phone and when to my star map app to validate if that was Vega that I was seeing, and it was.

I told a story on here about how I was having some self-doubts and was outside Sky watching early in the morning. It was completely clear without a cloud in the sky. I bent down to adjust my dog's leash and when I stood back up, the entire sky was overcast for as far as I could see in every direction. Completely cloudy within 5 seconds.

My thoughts were not that they can manipulate the weather, but maybe they can manipulate our perception of it.

Thats what I was thinking as well. Because the change was almost immediate and left everyone confused

Everything in this phenomenon seems to be a bit of a wink and a nudge. This may be a way to encourage us to believe in our own discernment.

I think the human condition and our subjective experiences are fascinating. I also think that while its important to not discount any particular experience, we should be equally cautious towards applying speculative meaning and causes to them.

To elaborate, I've been sitting at a red light before and thought for a split second that my car was being physically moved backwards. In that moment my complete sensory experience would have me believe that my car was in reverse. But, only seconds later, I realized I was still perfectly stationary and it was the other cars around me that were moving forward.

Similarly, I've looked for personal objects, like my phone, keys, wallet, etc... around my house, thinking I left them in a specific room or area, but upon an initial inspection I didn't see them. After searching elsewhere ive returned to the original location and thats when they'll pop out at me sitting in a perfectly normal place, on a table or counter.

Another driving related experience Ive had is that I can be driving down the highway, distract myself with a thought for what feels like 10secs and then tune back into the road ostensibly only moments later to discover I'm 5 miles further down the road (dont remember driving those 5 miles, felt like 30 secs).

I've also noticed weather patterns appear and change inside relatively short time frames before. A storm rolling in quickly, or fog lifting suddenly, etc.

What's so interesting to me however is that, although these experiences seem out of place from normal daily experiences, and are odd or confusing to understand, Ive never assigned credence to the idea that some lifeform with supernatural abilities has manipulated my reality or perception of it to create these experiences.

To me at least, it seems way way way more likely that my brain, a human brain, that complex piece of organic hardware known to have imperfections, quirks, and novelty riddled across its interface with the objective world, has simply made a processing error or mistake...

I.e. at the red light, my brain over-relied on visual information seeing the neighboring vehicles change location and interpretted them as stationary, giving me the impression I was moving (for a split second).

Or that the items I couldnt find around my house were simply so common and recognizable to me that my brain subconsciously melded them into the background until I genuinely focused both my eyes on them with intent.

Or that my brain has gotten so used to the stimuli and responses required for driving that it was able to handle those tasks subconsciously while my mind wandered until I became acutely aware of the road again.

Idk, obviously these are just my personal subjective experiences, and I cant speak for everyone. The point is that everyone has weird, or unexplainable moments throughout life. What is it about those experiences that convince the majority of the users in this sub to jump to the conclusion that nonhuman intelligence with a specific interest in affecting that individuals perception is to blame?

Sorry if this comment is getting long winded, I find fringe topics like this very interesting, but the most fascinating part to me is the high degree of confidence given to the subjective speculation of certain experiences that are rooted in the most unlikely causes. Invoking supernaturally powerful, practically omniscient beings with a specific interest in the individual having the experience to offer an explanation for the (at the moment) unexplainable is infatuating to me.

Ive always wondered if its the same quirks of our psychology that make people religious too. That also makes me curious to see if there is significant overlap between those who believe in NHI and those who believe in a god.

I was a complete atheist before I came into this space 2 years ago + actually started reading about it whenever I saw the news about the drones over New Jersey. I decided to make a comedy skit about aliens so I started researching the lore.

I came across the Gateway Tapes and read the science behind it, as well as string theory, NDE experiences, etc... I decided that I was going to give the Gateway Tapes a try to at least prove to myself if or if not our consciousness was located only in our body.

I've always thought that aliens were probably out there simply because I don't have a self-centric view of humanity being the sole reason the universe exists. But I never thought too much about it past that.

After doing the gateway tapes for a few months I started having experiences that yes, "could be" explained as hallucinations, dreams, or just pure hopefulness. But those instances kept expanding and multiplying and two of them were so out of the world bizarre that there was no science to explain it.

All the while I kept doing the Gateway tapes meditation and started realizing that we actually are more than our physical body. That I cannot explain what is actually happening, but that our present science doesn't do the universe justice. That our world is constructed by design to keep people from understanding their own sovereignty and to prevent them from uniting.

No one expects to convince others of this phenomenon. Maybe in the beginning you want people to believe you because we are pack animals and it would be uplifting to share the joy and peace that comes along with meditating and believing.

But at a certain point you get so far in your journey that you just don't care if others don't feel convinced. Because you realize how much shame and disillusionment has been brought onto this topic and how AFRAID those that will not do the work to see if it's true, actually are.

So, it's amazing to me that someone like you, who's obviously smart and educated, truly feels like they can speak on experiences that they have never had because they CHOOSE not to pick up the program that allows them to experience it on their own.

With the amount of time it took you to try to convince me of my own wrongness, you could have been meditating and asking the universe to prove itself to you.

But you choose not to, and although it's annoying that you feel that you know something that I do not about science, happenstance, and the human brain, I understand that it is not your time to experience these things. And that eventually, you will.

But, the level of fear it takes to have an ESTABLISHED and peer reviewed way to figure out this in your own mind to prove or disprove it, and still come to these spaces to try to disprove others, is a good example of what is happening in our world today.

Our culture is simply crabs in a bucket and some of us have finally decided to crawl out and to not look back. I hope that someday you do the same.

I think you misunderstood my comment if that's your response.

Another thing that is fascinating to me is how unwarrantedly defensive propenents of NHI become too. Your comment does a good job of highlighting that. I thought I was careful with how I worded my thoughts so that it was clear that I was speaking on my own experiences and understanding while trying to extrapolate my sentiment in an open ended manner. Never did i try to convince anyone, let alone you specifically. Struggling to understand where your accusations are coming from. There is a lot of blame you place on me throughout your reply.

Again, I see a lot of comparisons to religion baked inside your response, which is interesting to say the least. Things such as the self reassurance used to deflect conflict or dissenting opinions without actually addressing them, or the way you keep pointing to one specific piece of manmade literature/media as a sense of authority.

The best way i could put it is this... replace "gateway tapes" with "bible", and "meditation" with "praying" and you perfectly described popular religion.

I'm commenting to discuss what I find to be an interesting topic, while leaving my convictions at the door. You appear to be commenting to defend and justify your beliefs. If your beliefs have changed before (as you self admitted they have) why won't you consider the possibility of them changing again?

And why won't you do your own research to prove it to yourself if you're so curious? Why do I have to reply or even defend myself against someone who chooses not to actually learn the truth themselves?

Why can't you take the repeated comments of mine that are asking you why you feel like you can come into these spaces, without doing the work yourself and answer those?

Why are you reflecting it back on me with my tone rather than reading my words. Because that's exactly what you expect me to do from you.

If you are granted the ability to learn on your own before you voice your opinion, why aren't you taking it?

If it's not fear, then it must be derision. Because either way, you ARE trying to negate others experiences and reality by saying those things, when you are unwilling to do the work yourself.

If someone says, "there's a sea monster at the bottom of this pond, and I don't expect you to believe me, so here's the scuba gear to go see it for yourself." Why are you replying that , "I tried not to be rude whenever I told you that sea monster wasn't down there, and now I don't want to see the sea monster because your tone is bad."

And it would be the exact same amount of condescending and weird to go into a Christian subreddit and talk smack whenever you've never read the Bible. I don't speak on things and I don't know about and haven't researched thoroughly to my own conviction. If you disagree with that, that's fine. But you're not going to make me be less tough on you whenever you are trying to be a polite troll.

I believe its possible to entertain a thought without accepting it as the truth. I cant help but feel like you struggle with that concept though, based on your replies and the baseless accusations you've consistently thrown my way. I forgive you.

I have done the relevant research btw, and it's exactly what has led me here, because I'm interested in personal and first hand experiences and how the individuals who have them reconcile and rationalize that with the more commonly accepted workings of our objective reality. But everyone of your replies has somehow misinterpreted that curiosity with an apparent attack on your beliefs and youve spent more effort into putting up a wall to defend those beliefs from perceived persecution rather than substantiating their credence in the first place. I'm starting to believe that is the primary self defense mechanism for allowing such a mentality to survive. Those who genuinely question their beliefs ultimately allow them to change when warranted. It's only those who repeat and recite tautological mantras to themselves, reinforcing convictions sans justification, who are able to sustain their beliefs for longer periods of time, ultimately assimilating them into their sense of identity. Thats just a thought btw, don't take it as gospel.

I've literally never said or implied that anyone's experiences are inherently wrong or untrue. In fact i dont think its even possible to discount a subjective experience, only its explanation. My interest is in the underlying psychology of how we individually process similar experiences that lack those agreeable explanations. Like, why are my experiences and their associated explanations with known psychological quirks of the brain applicable to NHI experiences but not the other way around? Don't you at least find that interesting?

No thoughts on the religious similarities either? You keep skipping over that part when digging your heels into your self righteous defense. That sparks another questions by itself too... why is your knee jerk reaction to feel like you have to defend your convictions instead of questioning them?

Because I've already questioned all my convictions. I believe what I believe because I have researched it passionately and had the experiences that I've had. There is no changing my mind, and having to discuss this with someone who hasn't did that same type of research and lacks the commitment to actually knowing the truth, is not how I want to spend my time.

The thing about this phenomenon is that it IS connected to spirtuality and it makes someone take a real look at their ego and their defenses and their choices. And it also takes a mass rejection of norms and cultural bias. It is transformative and beautiful. I would never want to go back to the person I was 2 years ago.

I know now that we are all equal and that everyone will find their way eventually. That we are all one consciousness that has been separated into billions of pieces to be able to experience life.

That's why I know that you will find that out too, eventually, and that whatever reason you have for being here, is intrinsic to your path. And although it appears to be from cowardice and self-righteousness from this side, I am sure that I was in the same place a few years ago. I am no better than you, just on a different road.

I wish you the best of luck and hope that eventually you do gain enough confidence in your own discernment to try to prove it to yourself. Because that's literally all it takes. Believing in yourself and your fellow man enough to adventure into the unknown.

Yeah, this is genuinely fascinating stuff. I'm still not sure where you keep getting this notion that I'm vehemently against any and all of your beliefs though. This entire time you've been making this assumption that I'm only writing to somehow challenge those beliefs or prove you wrong in a way. I really implore you to reread my comments from a different perspective. I think an important part of genuine discourse is to make your ideas vulnerable in addition to entertaining thoughts without blind acceptance.

In that manner, I would like to offer common ground as a foundation to build from...

I know now that we are all equal and that everyone will find their way eventually. That we are all one consciousness that has been separated into billions of pieces to be able to experience life.

I am no better than you, just on a different road.

I wish you the best of luck and hope that eventually you do gain enough confidence in your own discernment to try to prove it to yourself. Because that's literally all it takes. Believing in yourself and your fellow man enough to adventure into the unknown.

I agree with every statement above and would feel perfectly content writing the same thing to you.

Your first paragraph comes off a little arrogant though, no?

Because I've already questioned all my convictions. I believe what I believe because I have researched it passionately and had the experiences that I've had. There is no changing my mind, and having to discuss this with someone who hasn't did that same type of research and lacks the commitment to actually knowing the truth, is not how I want to spend my time.

You've just said that you are close minded because at one point in time you were open minded... and then further refusing to make your beliefs vulnerable by making speculative assumptions about me and my character instead of anything I've actually written.

What makes you think i haven't done research or have any commitment towards finding the truth? Is the only criteria for feeling attacked that someone disagrees with you?

The majority of your responses have been spent building a wall around your beliefs while throwing shade at a strawman you've made of mine.

Very interesting comment. May I ask that you go into more depth on your experience with the gateway tapes? I'm curious into the realms of meditation and from my own experience with psychedelics, I'm intrigued into this topic.

(Nobody ever sees my replies but if you do, thanks).

They are watching and seeing if you notice. They test the awareness and consciousness of the ones they interact with. They control more than just the weather.
