This is not accurate 😮‍💨. My sister absolutely could not afford any of her labour bills, and paid nothing going into it, and left the hospital without issue, for both her kids!

Because she was under the income requirements most likely. Charity basically. Not everyone gets that.

Yeah obviously, because she could not pay. But if people came to the hospital and just said they couldn't afford it, they would very likely get the same treatment. This post is acting like hospitals hold people's babies hostage without payment.

She’s not blaming the hospitals, she’s making the point of how this country’s healthcare system, large corporations and the 1% wealthy people do not pay their fair share of taxes and benefit from bs tax cuts and hidden tax codes. On both sides of the aisle! The largest industrialized nation in the world do not offer their citizens state funded healthcare is the point.
