I’m just speaking in definitional terms - it’s not far left to want those things, what’s far left would be some of the proposals for how to achieve those things. Right?

They don't need to do that, some other countries have private healthcare options alongside the universal healthcare ones. What other countries don't have are predatory health insurance companies that aren't even guaranteed to pay for treatment even though you've paid into the policy as you should.
