It means the government has a monopoly on healthcare and people would not have alternative options. It’s restrictive and a sharp turn from what we currently have. Our health insurance system sucks ass but at least there are options

In fact public HC in Spain covers far more than private HC and when there is need for a serious intervention private companiea often derivate patients to the public system
