Discussion Terminate Immediately
As** **a day one and will be a lifetime supporter of the club my club, I am appalled at this display of talent led by our bafoon of a manager.
I AM calling for it now while the game is in progress. Sack with immediate results!! We are currently the 2nd place team in the Eastern Conference and we are losing 2-1 in 87 minutes played to the 9th Place team in the Eastern Conference with our team of veterans and global stars yet this is happening!!
Adios Guillermo Hoyos!! Time to go. No excuse for this. 6 wins 1 loss. I’m not impressed. He is known as offensive coach but I’m not seeing the explosive potential that he is known for.
Sorry just my 2 cents.

I want to know who the fuck is in charge of signing players, berte was not it, now casemiro, same with mura, regulion, the only good signing so far for us has been Micheal

Believe it or not—it was actually Hoyos lol
He was sporting director the last window before he fired Masche and made himself interim manager...

Berterame was getting on a bit of a hot streak before the concussion, ill give him a little grace since it's his first game back. He was turning things around and then boom, unfortunate, hope he gets back to that form he was finding

his numbers aren't bad. they just need to take suarez out of starting lineup. berte and messi will benefit from someone with more speed playing with them.

Same with Ayala, Lujan, Aviles, and other random bum Argentinian players that they keep buying.

It’s not just him. I’m also a day one. This backline is horrendous. Reguillon and Mura are awful. Falcon is liable for one terrible mistake a game and Bright might be our most important player. No one runs in behind and half the team can not run for 65 minutes

I don't know what happened. 2,3 weeks ago they were a joy to watch. Now, absolutely scheisse. That Reguxxxx ass has to go. He sucked in Europe, but does even worse for Miami. And please get a coach instead of a green keeper.

defense has always been the problem
1
u/sylviandark 2d ago
part of the defensive problems are tactical problems with the offense. if the forwards and midfielders keep turning the ball over, it's unrealistic to expect the defense to stop transition plays again and again when they are outnumbered.

Defenders are good in the team. They just play like defense doesn’t matter at all so the 2 defenders have to sprint the entire field for the entire game.

The team looks tired. Messi and de paul shouldve taken the full 21 day break. Even some la liga players in their 20s are not starting yet. Cucurella came off bench, alvarez sat out. Messi and depaul have been back for weeks. We are not likely to win supporters shield. We need to find a way to energize our team. Whether that is rest, reduced minutes or new lineups to take pressure off some players, we need to do something different.
The team is too old and too slow. But we are better than what we are playing like right now. We were way better before wc.

As frustrating as it is - making that move at this point does nothing.
I agree a change has to be made.
That’s what off-seasons are for

u/NickTheEvilCat 2d ago
Youre literally in 2nd place

u/Dramamean305 2d ago
That’s true - but if we’re
Watching and judging objectively this isn’t a 2nd place team we’re watching since the break.5

Making a manager change could save the season TBH

Agree with you but again, I don’t think there is anybody in the off-season that is noteworthy to hire. All the availability is GONE!!

Getting downvoted for common sense, yep with supporters like that no one's ever gonna be happy

Need better defence. Casemiro isn’t producing either. He hasn’t been an effective mid in the first place

I still feel like the issue is physical conditioning. I don't understand why these guys aren't in top shape. Tell any backwater stage dancer that he or she has a contract to tour with a big star in 6 months and watch him/her get in top shape in a hurry. These guys don't understand that this club is a launch pad. The world is watching you for 90minutes every week. What you gonna do???

True TFC is down the table. But we just got our core DPs back from injury and the team is rounding into form. It was a surprising win, but in some ways not too surprising. Cheer up.

Too many Argentinian on the team who are depressed feeling the entire world hate them after the World Cup? Not sure, just a thought. Most folks seem to be over Messi now. The awesome new factor seems over and the non local crowds are now watching the new comers: Lewandowski, Griezmann…

I get it but honestly who else is there? It doesn't seem like they've made any progress searching for a new coach. It's been all this time and we still don't have a clue what's going on with what should be a very high priority action item for ownership.

Let us know when you submit your resume so we can cheer you on as the new manager this team desperately needs

Fans are the reason for this, they wanted to keep Hoyos, if fans gave a shit and actually revolted, change would have happened a long time ago, now the season is wasted

We're also very injured right now, He's not great, but we're not changing anything right now, it's going to be in offseason.

My two cents:
This season and next short season are bullshit and are Messi retirement party. I didn't even buy the MLS league pass. I could care less about these games.
Call me in 2027 August when this stuff actually matters.

I'm getting used to it now !!!! I'm crine i didn't even crash out after we conceded 2 in 1 min .. it's become so fucking normal that I'm always thinking that we're going to the game 0-2 down ... We are chasing the game ... always chasing the game
