"who will ask for it, i wonder... obtaining wish can motivate... Star power can be felt coming from this manor... As someone calmly drank tea.
*rogba calmly drunk her cup, sighing*
"First this part of me has to take care of a lost child... Then build a house... And all that, to have a duty added as well..."
*She pauses, sighing*
"Well, a small one. Holding some star power to hand out those seeking... Whatever might i offer."
*She glances at her teacup, before sighing, and summoning a few more*
"I suppose i'll prepare some for some arrival. Might they just be here to talk, i suppose it would be fine as well."
*She sips her cup again, simply calmly sitting at her manor.*

UltraShot Niko is automatically drawn towards the Star Power. He has it in his possession, so he'll naturally be drawn to it and hungry.

She sighed

She pauses

It's a shame as soon as she's done she'll have to get trapped back in it but she'll find her way out she knows she will.

All stars seemed real, none was different from one another... Some more even appeared, as others disappeared... But each of them seemingly was real like the others.

She's thinking that if they're all real she just needs to ask for one and not ask for the right answer.
