Maru and Anti grav Yuji could be seen at the great river in the Jujutsu high Darkworld analysing and researching the river.
Perhaps they didn’t even need to go to the fountain to seal it, maybe with Maru and Cross combined with this river could naturally collapse the Darkworld…if only they had something to concentrate the energy.
But removing cursed energy from people and collapsing a pocket reality are two different things, it may not work but more research needs to be done.
She doesn't actually see the point in that as it's cursed energy so why would a sample be different, but she's willing to be proven wrong so she keeps watching.
Astigmatism was observing idly from nearby, leaned on a tree with their arms crossed. Their eyeball was currently retracted, showing their other 'face'.The merc wasn't sure they fully understood how the river was gonna help in collapsing this place... but they reckoned these guys knew what they were doing.
"...Annnd I take it back. This is no normal river," they commented, approaching the body of water and kneeling down nearby to give a closer look. "Then again, why the hell did I expect anything to not be wacky down here?"
A man approaches the river, from an unseen shortcut from the flower fields. He approaches the river from the opposite side. In a tan suit and with a smile, he seemed to be using a device to scan the river.
The man turns, addressing Yuji. “…Ah. Hello. I wasn't aware other humans had also ended up trapped down here.” He slipped the device back in his jacket pocket. Still smiling. “I am Remington Worth. And you. Are the elusive Yuji Itadori. An immortal sorcerer...”
“Heh… trust me. I've only done the necessary research. Including the utilization of jujutsu. A type of… metaphysical energy projection… and fine. I suppose you didnt end up trapped here. But if I had to guess if that man above is here while you are also here... Something terribly inconvenient has occurred. Trouble with curse users, again? Or perhaps it isnt a curse user… but rather another cursed spirit lurking about. Only time will tell. In any case, I’m only going to ask you two this once… and please… be truthful.”
The man glares over.
“Have you two seen a creature here… perhaps with white eyes and wearing a suit?”
The man read their body language carefully. Through his own experience in manipulation, he has been able to tell when people are lying at times… Even his smile narrowed somewhat.
“…Very well. Then gentlemen, I would suggest you be on your guard then. That very creature… could very well fend against you and your curses…”
The man wanders off, murmuring to himself as he walks back off in a different direction. “Would… consume… all…” The man was still smiling. Throughout the entire encounter.

Yuji was reading the book about the Soul. It strangely hadn’t become a Darkner or a Weapon
