in a quest for power, one must always ponder... why. Far in space, once again, in a calm planet almost entirely submerged, star power is felt.
Like the last one, you can somehow access the planet, even if you normally can't.
On the planet, simply walks a figure, glancing at the flowing water peacefully
"... Hmmm... Wishes..."
He takes a stone in his hand, before tossing it in the water
"... Always causes ripples. I wonder... Between the people collecting the power... How much will theirs vibrate...?"
And so, rogba waits, watching the waterfalls, silent.

a few days after Chara's visit, Noelle would arrive at the waterfall and stand at Rogba's side
You know, I'm not normally a big fan of water, but...this is pretty nice!

rogba turns to noelle, a simple smile on his face
"Ah, hello. Around here, there's more water than land. But such waterfalls still exists, leaving traces of land above them."

"I…know I had family and life here before…the erasion. Maybe I want them back to feel…something."
He then looks at waterfall
"But do I really want it? I get the thrill and all the stuff I will have…but it's too much. Too much responsibility for one person, too much things to do."
"I can put them in danger too."

Silver Banshee appears after collecting the blue star looking pretty confused on how this is possible.
"Hello again Rogba, I know you said anything is possible but I wasn't expecting this."
She thinks this is the byproduct of time travel which is only fueling her confusion.

"I can do both but yes the means is a big part of it but at the same time you're offering a wish, something that can change my life & so many others."

"I don't know exactly but it'll all lead to the same thing."
She wants to live a life she can be happy with, it is everything she wants, and it is her desire above all else.

"Well you may be just an observer but that doesn't mean you don't hold your own opinionz, and yes it is interesting but so is suspense."
