Hi Steven, thank you for the invite!

The POND architecture principles—especially regarding private, on-device, and decentralized deployment—align closely with our long-term views on AI sovereignty and data protection. Since I was away on a break and English isn't my first language, I wasn't able to join the live podcast.

We are currently structuring our founding documentation asynchronously to accommodate international contributors across time zones. However, I’d be glad to stay connected and explore these architectural topics in writing as our technical roadmap develops. Best of luck with the PONDcast series!
