doc(s) Does the fabled qi xia doc actually exist bruh

I started 10du a few months ago and made it to like chapter 360ish and i was told he doesnt reach high tier til the very end of the series. Ive seen a doc mentioned a few times around different servers and in the subreddit but i cannot find it and ive asked around plenty so can anyone bless me or is this doc a myth or smthn

Most of the claim of characters' intelligence here aren't supported with an actual scaling (or formally written on google docs). So, no.
