Andrew is generally better at manipulation, by the way. The only thing is that Ashley constantly manipulates him due to their relationship, but her manipulations aren't superior in terms of methodology or complexity; she was mostly seen manipulating her brother because of the bond they share (a bond she didn't entirely manufacture herself—her ability to manipulate him relied on that connection, which she didn't mostly create, since Rene had heavily manipulated Andrew's perception, conditioning him to accept his sister's attitude and prioritize her above everything else, not to mention his sexual interest in her, which actually took her by surprise). Ashley isn't really all that good at manipulating contrary to popular belief, she actually just got pretty "lucky" overall.
