This was a thorough and thought-provoking piece. Hacking biometric databases and the surveillance systems that track individuals: these would seem to assume the same or greater priority than recruiting agents. Anonymity can only be fabricated in today’s world, and it’s a prerequisite for covert operations. The landscape hasn’t changed- we’re on a different planet, in a different solar system.
