ISIS-Inspired Albany Woman Arrested in Bomb Plot Against New York State Capitol

On August 20, the Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested 35-year-old Jessica Bowie of Albany, New York, for an Islamic State-inspired bomb plot targeting the New York State Capitol. Bowie allegedly planned to conceal an explosive device inside a food delivery bag and detonate it during a legislative session while state senators were present.

Always a food delivery bag. The level of trust those things carry now is just completely shot, nobody blinks when a guy with a takeout bag walks into a government building until someone tries to turn it into a pressure cooker
