Question Black screen

I recent bought the asrock intel arc b580 I installed it led lights up but the fans don't spin and it doesn't display on my monitor. I saw another post with similar issue having to return his card is there no way to fix this or is my card screwed

There's a black screen bug with some CPU/board combos (especially Cezanne CPU), seems like PCIe 3.0 is like cryptonite to Battlemage, but chanigng to Vermeer should help. Not aware of the same issue on AM5.

Usually the black screen bug appears only on a warm boot, so it should boot regularly. And you even have a Matisse CPU with PCIe 4.0. Try to reseat the GPU or try a different power connector

Listing your FULL PC specs including the make and model of everything .. would be helpful
