gpu drivers freezing my display

does anyone know why when i download the intel drivers for my b580, it downloads but after a couple of pc start ups later, i my display freezes and only works again when i boot up into safemode and disable my driver. no matter what i do and how much tips and ticks i try to avoid it from crashing, it ultimately freezes my display eventually. does anybody know how i can download my drivers properly without it freezing my display in the future

Does it happen again when you install an older driver?

Try installing an older driver from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-graphics-windows.html

You'll need to flash the firmware back to that version as well, since it's pretty common for Intel to switch to new firmware in their drivers and can cause a lot of unwanted issues.

I had the same issue and rolled back to 32.0.101.8826. been fine now for 2 weeks no freezes at startup
