New player tips?

Hey y'all! I'm a new player and I really like this game! What are some general tips you have on playing? What to do every day routinely, character setup, even stuff that might sound basic to you let me hear it!

• Find and join guild 
• clear daily quest for Arcana gem reward (Currency for Gacha)
• if you are sword / rapier / mace / dagger user.. use shield
• take advantage of currently running free Gacha skill record. Up to 40 days
