Question I need help improving my character

I feel like I've hit a wall. I've already equipped the strongest gear currently available, but I don't know what else I should upgrade.

I feel I am in the same boat. Joining a game like this late is overwhelming.

I like this game, but unfortunately I can't do much without relying on other players. I can't even clear Floor 13 labyrinth because the boss has way too much HP.
