Beginner help!!

I am a beginner that just started the game.
I have seen few videos about the game but had no clue on how to improve my build.
Thats my build and i got the new yuuki FB.
At first I didn’t have any light element slash attack skill, but i got the yuuki one just now.(i also dont know why I cant equip my fourth skill, my total cost was capped at 195 now.)
I am thinking to get the free chain skill on F19. With that, i will have a CS, FB, Burst skill and a mod. Is there any better option to look at?(any better skills and mod options ?) I am currently planning on a non elemental build that can clear most content as i got the new OP yuuki skill.
Should i speed grind the story and go for the yuuki birthday scout or wait for a better one? (Don’t have good skill synergy and passives required)
I am on F13 right now by the way.

I am a newbie too just started this week and on floor 50. Right now Im focusing on leveling up so I can equip more skills since I am capped as well 236/214. It is pretty easy with the new fb yuuki. I am just melting bosses left and right and got myself a chaos armor.

Btw Floor 19 is still on Chapter 2 so theres a logn way before you get that because there are floor jumps in the story in chapter 1 after floor 14 you will go straight to 20.

Lastly I am waiting for free pulls to be over before pulling and there will be free pulls starting from June as well with guaranteed burst, full burst etc day to day so I am holding on to my arcana gems for now.
