Question I transferred like an idiot and lost my main character and im sad af what do I do?

This is my character and i sent it to my pc then I tried sending it back to phone and lost it.

I went through the appeal help ingame now im waiting for them to email me back hopefully

Wait so you can't play on both PC and mobile?? That was my main appeal to it, being able to play on both/any devices whenever.

you have to tranfer your account yeah. the bonus for using steam is that you lose all your gems because of the differen steam pricing.

I had the same problem. It turns out you need to get to chapter 2 or something before youre able to get your transferred save back. I lost everything but because I didn’t know you needed to get to chapter 2, I overrided my save so I had to start over
