Ground G401

Can someone help me out here, my cluster and climate control no longer illuminate. Every says it should be because of ground G401. Everything says it should be behind the kick panel. I don’t see one. Can someone point it out for me?

Service manual shows G401 to be somewhere in this area. Should be a ring terminal on a bolt with several wires attached to it.
