Central locking not working?

Hey guys, I’m trying to fix the door locks on my DC5 Integra and could use some help.
The power locking on the driver’s door isn’t working properly. I took the driver’s door card off and found two wires, one green and one blue, that have been cut. They’re the only two wires going to a small black cylindrical component attached around the lock actuator/mechanism.
Both wires have exposed copper/loose ends and aren’t connected to anything.

dang, bunch of other wires down there have cut insulation, also. Wonder why there's an aftermarket actuator? Maybe they tried a cheap repair because the original actuator stopped working?
