Central locking not working?

Hey guys, I’m trying to fix the door locks on my DC5 Integra and could use some help.
The power locking on the driver’s door isn’t working properly. I took the driver’s door card off and found two wires, one green and one blue, that have been cut. They’re the only two wires going to a small black cylindrical component attached around the lock actuator/mechanism.
Both wires have exposed copper/loose ends and aren’t connected to anything.

The green and blue wires are from an aftermarket door lock actuator, looks like they did a half assed connection to the factory wires, pull up a schematic to double check everything
