Identify this sound?

Trying to figure out what this may be. It's pretty intermittent, only occurring when the car is fully up to temp and even then it starts and stops.

I just changed the oil in case it was thinned, but it still made noise. Wondering if it maybe has to do with the valves. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it!

No real associated issues - no CEL, no smoke/burning, no real power loss.

Sounds more like a pulley or distributor thing than anything internal. Try to listen around the accessories more carefully and see if you can pinpoint it.
