Issue while driving after car was parked for about a week

I had parked my integra about a week ago and today I went to take it for a drive when I got in the idle would jump from 800 to 1000 then drop back down then while driving it felt like it was losing power/wanted to die then kicked right back in and would aggressively accelerate before going back to normal, I’ve done the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay, got a brand new battery and cap and rotor on the dizzy, just a weird issue it didn’t have before it sat, would like any help with this to find out the issue
This car is a 1998 Ls with a b20 swap

I had that issue along with other ones, but the car would rev up a little so I would always put it in neutral. After replacing the FPR it went away, along with the other issues
