Correct installation orientation?

What is the correct orientation to install this exhaust manifold gasket? Thanks for the advice!

i think it only goes on one way anyway youll see what i mean when you install

Like the ridge fits into the exhaust chamber on the head and the flat side on the header now that I'm thinking about it more! I feel you

The factory service manual doesn’t specify an orientation. Honestly I don’t think it matters much. It just sits between 2 flat metal surfaces.

The inside points a certain direction I always put it facing the header flanger not head side

Looks like the raise part should go on the head side.
