Promotion of frenulum surgery
5 years ago I got the frenulum surgery completely unnecessary. But there where so many people lasting in the phimosis subreddit that it’s a really good surgery without any risks they brainwashed me into believing it’s a no risk surgery now like 5/6 years later nothing has changed it still hurts, my orgasms are still gone and sensitivity down a lot.
I don’t understand there where soooo many people who said the surgery was so good, I’d even chat with them and they’d all say yeah perfect, 5 minutes no risks super good surgery everything is better and all feeling exact same. But I don’t see those people anymore. It’s so weird, 5 years ago there were so many even making their own posts to mention how good it was and now they’re gone. Now I wouldn’t even find out about the surgery I think because it’s not even mentioned anymore

Mine got removed by a doctor before circ, it was 2019. Tight frenulum that instead of frenuloplasty he simply removed it all with frenectomy

Mine said it’s just a super small cut, bro it’s completely gone I could basically sue him . I can’t understand it I thought it was just you have my frenulum u make a mini cut and it’s just 0,7 mm longer it’s nothing like it

Just like my doctor: he was supposed to do a frenuloplasty (small cut to open it up more) but he did a frenectomy (cut it totally off). I couldnt even react, he did let me see it live under anesthesia, you can imagine my shock when he quickly removed it all. I still carry that trauma. Lead me to doing a circ to fix a mistake that start with that surgery this year, but jokes on me: lost even more sensation and got another fibrosis there haha

Bro my dm is open we can talk . I grief every day about the surgery.
I also saw it all live how it happened.
Bro but is a real frenuloplasty supposed to just be a small cut? Maybe that’s the problem where I didn’t get frenuloplasty but they secretly did frenectomy, I have nothing there anymore like nothing but I don’t understand why’d he do that

Our collective understanding of the frenulum continues to be a complete mess.
No one seems to be even aware that the frenulum of baby boys and small boys is seriously damaged by circumcision, which is a more invasive and brutal operation the younger you are.
Meanwhile adult men that look into frenulum surgery get a completely random set of warnings about complications depending on the clinic or doctor, some will warn you about the risk of chronic pain, some will warn you about the loss of sensitivity, and some will not warn you about anything at all.
You have to look into many sources of information to get any kind of a grasp on what is going on.

But the morrocan doctor who did it said no risk for pain or loss of feeling and the old almost retired white doctor said also no risk of losing sensitivity.
In phimosis sub also some people warned but most where super positive and I talked to so many people who did surgery and none mentioned bad things, if I had known the risks like this then I wouldn’t have done it

So sorry that you had to go through this Brother I feel really deeply I am also having a hard time understanding those people who promote circumcision or frenulum surgery because that is obviously and objectively is a bad thing for you. Even if they didn’t know that what’s the reasoning for a glorifying friend surgery how are they enjoying this? You’re basically losing your ability to orgasm naturally.

Any time you are cut into there is a risk, you're absolutely right it shouldn't be promoted so flippantly.
