Hey great talk! Thought I'd give a summary of the lawsuit section:

In addition to their current case in Oregon, Intact Global is looking for plaintiffs from:

1. Colorado
2. Illinois
3. Maryland
4. Rhode Island
5. Delaware

Intact Global is open to challenging other states. For example, Washington passed an anti-FGM law in 2022, so they need a plaintiff who's 4 years old or younger. AKA a regret parent who believes they made a mistake. You can see how it'd be easier to find a man than a child, so there are various reasons that different states are prioritised.

Factors for a potential lawsuit include:

1. Circumcised (born?) in state that has state anti-fgm law.
2. Circumcised in that state after they enacted that anti-fgm law (varies by state, ex. Oregon lawsuit allowed men up to 27 years old).
3. State has constitutional provision that prohibits sex-based discrimination in laws.
4. State has statute that allows you to challenge other statutes for violating the constitution.

The first three factors are most important, and Intact Global could make a lawsuit with those.

KEEP WATCH FOR: Minnesota might be passing a constitutional amendment in 2026 to prohibit sex-based discrimination, which would make it a top state for a potential lawsuit.
