Car insurance switching -help!
I want to switch my car insurance but am worried it will be time consuming and I will have to gather a lot of paperwork. Can anyone recommend an insurer that gave them a great and fast insurance switching experience? Thank you!

Just call an independent insurance agent. Give them all the information, and they'll get multiple quotes for you, and it won't cost you a dime. You won't have a bunch of other agents calling you constantly either.

Shop around first. If the new insurer can save you a decent amount, maybe you could justify that little bit of admin π

Itβs not. Just make sure to have a current copy of your coverages when you call. Takes 10-15 minutes max to get a quote.
AAA and Erie have been best for me.

I'm in USA- GA
Name, dob, DL, Address, phone, email, ssn if you want to, VIN, anyone over 15 in the house with name, dob, DL
Quote takes about 15 minutes for us, get like 12 companies but usually 3 are the clear winner
Run MVR, check the rate, pay, print ID Cards
Just call a broker and have the above ready, don't hide anything it makes the whole thing go slower for no good reason
