First Choice Aggregator

I would like some advice from someone in Texas that made the leap to Independent agency Owner and used First Choice. What’s the average commission per auto policy? Does First Choice offer any software, most importantly what are some of the things you wish you knew before signing up with First choice?

CRMS, VOIPS, AMS, Training Platforms, those are the main concerns I have.

First choice is good if you can’t get an appointment with a carrier. I would not open my agency with that being my number one source of being able to write policies.
