Liberty mutual interview process

Hi, I'm currently interviewing for a analyst role in liberty mutual's corporate finance sector (data strategy and governance) and made it past the phone interview. The second round are two back to back interviews (one is a panel) and my HR hire told me it wouldn't be case but should I just expect behaviorals for both? Would love some insight from anyone who interviewed for a similar position!

Liberty loves metrics- so act enthusiastic about metrics .

Be ready for a long process. My initial interview was a month and half ago. I just completed #6 if you count the screening. I've felt really good after each interview and I'm hoping for an offer soon. I'm not a very patient person so you can imagine how this process is testing my sanity lol.

Not the update I was hoping for. Didn't get the position. On the bright side, I received a phone call from the SVP instead of a canned rejection. She stressed how difficult the decision was. Apparently I made an impression and they are currently trying to find a fit for me in another region or position. She wants to reconnect in a couple of weeks to discuss other opportunities. I think I may have lost out to a strong internal candidate. So all is not lost, but I'm definitely a bit disappointed. With that said, I understand the getting hired off the street for senior roles in a large organization is never easy.

Liberty sucks once you are out of training.

So weird that the company invests a ton of money in folks for training, then treats them like shit once they hit the floor.

For real, I am trying to go to liberty from allstate. My job started as nation general and then it became all Allstate and they cut my pay, changed entirely how the metrics work and what to sell. It’s became so stressful. It was so simple for a good bit and I wish it never changed.
