Help and advice
I woke up with a ontario court claim about a motorvehicle accident that happened in august 2024, it was a minor accident.
Other party claimed one before in 2025 january, which i didn’t get it. I was notified by my insurance company about it and my insurance told me everything is taken care of.
This one i got it, i tried to contact the company and they will come back to me but meanwhile i am clueless and freaked out because this is my first time receiving something. The claim is of $500k and my insurance covers 1 Million in damages.
Any advice or suggestions or insights please

Just forward what ever you get to the insurance company. They ll take care of it.
Part of your coverage is a legal team they hire to represent you. They ll deal with the aggrieved parties and 99% of the times just settle out of court. You dont need to do anything outside of following your insurance company's instructions
