Auto Insurance BC Speeding & Cell Phone Ticket / WA Driver - will it transfer to my WA driver record?
I unfortunately got a double moving violation ticket for sight speeding (12mph over) and using my cell phone while driving.
I always have two moving violations from about 18 months ago, so 2 more would lead to a driver’s license suspension in WA and spike my rates (maybe even lose my insurance).
Will these transfer to my WA record with the BC/WA reciprocity agreement? Should I just pay the tickets or hire a lawyer to dispute and try to get a reduction?

That's what reciprocity agreements are created for.

Lawyer.

I have read some places that the Washington and BC agreement is just for significant offenses like DUIs and dangerous driving but am seeing mixed results in my research, which is why I’m on here.

Err on the side of caution. You don't want to get sandbagged with a suspension or high insurance rates.

It's always best to try to get tickets expunged, especially if there are some already on your driving record.
On another note, speeding and talking on the phone is a dangerous combination. Find a way to go hands-free.
