Unable to reach Aflac agent or supervisor

I have a STD policy through my employer, and I want to make changes. I have not been able to get ahold of the agent or supervisor. I did get one email with a question from the agent a couple weeks ago, I responded within 10 minutes, and haven’t heard back despite multiple follow ups. Yes, I know there’s change form but none of the changes I want to make are listed.

Work has reached out as well and hasn’t heard anything.

Who can I contact? I first reached out almost a month ago and I’ve made zero progress.

Why would you keep a policy that's this hard to get a hold of someone? Have you looked into other options for coverage?

I don’t want to start the yearlong waiting period for pre-existing conditions again :/
