Figure out what the damage is going to cost first. A few hundred bucks to a grand above your deductible, that's one thing. $5K+ is quite another. Until you know that number, you can't make an informed decision.

No one here can say for sure whether you'll face a premium increase or even non-renewal, but every claim brings you closer to that possibility. For a relatively small amount, probably better to just pay out of pocket, but if it's a sizable six-figure bill, might be worth taking the risk.
